Hands-on Professional Sauces Workshop
Thursday November 1st- 6:00 pm
Price: $95
This will be a hands-on class limited to six participants. Learn to make basic sauces commonly used in restaurants to enhance your meals and impress your guests. We will make the classics - Demi-Glace, Béarnaise, Red Wine reduction and butter (Sauce Marchand de vin) – served with grilled steaks, as well as emulsified vinaigrettes, along with tips and recipes. This will be a hands-on class limited to six participants. Bring your own pasta machine (if you have one) and learn how to make fresh Egg Pasta Dough, which can be used as Lasagna Sheets or Ravioli, but we will make Fettucine with a delicious sauce. All food prepared will be served. Instructor: Kyle Paden

Mediterranean Night

A little French, a little Italian, all Mediterranean. We will start off with Roast Pork Tenderloin with a Pomegranate Sauce, and on the side, Golden Parmesan Polenta Triangles. To cap off the meal, we will make Warm Chocolate Soufflés. This is a demonstration-based class. All food prepared will be served. Instructor: Kyle Paden
Wednesday November 7th- 6:00 pm

A little French, a little Italian, all Mediterranean. We will start off with Roast Pork Tenderloin with a Pomegranate Sauce, and on the side, Golden Parmesan Polenta Triangles. Calling all my junior chefs! We will be making individual Cheesecakes and two Sauces to accompany: a Strawberry Raspberry Sauce and a Salted Caramel Sauce. This will be a hands-on class so it will be limited to eight participants ten years or older. Instructor: Kyle Paden

Calling all my junior chefs! We will be making individual Cheesecakes and two Sauces to accompany: a Strawberry Raspberry Sauce and a Salted Caramel Sauce. This will be a hands-on class so it will be limited to eight participants ten years or older. Instructor: Kyle Paden

Make a romantic dinner at home with your beloved! The menu will start off with French Onion Soup, and then a salad of mixed greens with Rocquefort, pears and walnuts. We will finish with the classic Steak Au Poivre with a side of stuffed tomatoes. This is a demonstration-based class. All food prepared will be served. Instructor: Kyle Paden

We will start by learning the art of making a Flaky Butter Pie Dough, and then we will use the dough to make everyone's favourite - Classic Apple Pie. Tools needed for class: apron, rolling pin, 9" pie plate. All food prepared will be served. Instructor: Kyle Paden

This will be a hands-on workshop limited to six participants.
