In this class, you'll get an insight into the world of specialty coffee, a better understanding of how coffee is extracted, along with tips and tricks on latte art. We are going to use this delicious delicacy in two decadent preparations: first, a Lobster Pot Pie with Brandy topped with Puff Pastry, then a Creamy Lobster Macaroni and Cheese.
